Water system compatibility

As every professional knows, every shower's performance is influenced by product type and plumbing system. 
For example, a Thermo shower installed with a gravity fed system may sometimes require a pump to boost flow and pressure. 
Conversely, a pump should never be fitted on a mains fed water system.
