This Premier Traditional Twin Concealed Thermostatic Shower Valve provides safe guaranteed showering for all users, the Edwardian style shower valve is thermostatically controlled and will maintain the selected temperature throughout showering. The shower valve is also fitted with a safety cut off that provides excellent protection for all users whilst using the shower, should any of the water supply's fail during showering, the shower valve will automatically shut down, avoiding sudden increases in temperature.
The Edwardian style mixer valve features a stunning chrome finish and is suitable for use with all plumbing systems, the is simple to use and very easy to fit and comes complete with a 5 year manufacturers guarantee.

| Unfortunately not. Orders are processed and delivered during working days (Mon-Fri not including bank holidays). In order to receive an item on a Monday, if using the Next Working Day option, it must be ordered before 3.30pm on the Friday. Orders placed after 3.30pm, or at weekends, will be processed the next working day. Next working day deliveries do not include weekends; orders placed on Friday before 3.30pm will be delivered the following working day (Monday – Excluding bank holidays). Orders placed after 3.30pm on a Friday will be processed the next working day (Monday – Excluding bank holidays) and delivered on Tuesday. |
| Do you deliver on a Saturday? |
| Our delivery service delivers on working days only (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, excluding Bank Holidays). We offer Next Working Day Delivery - but please note that if the order is placed after 3.30 pm on a Thursday and before 3.30pm on a Friday - this will not be delivered until the Monday. We offer working day delivery only. By calling the office on 01472 242159 - it may be possible for some products to be upgraded to a Saturday delivery. |

| In some cases, deliveries may be attempted with a neighbour of left in a safe place. You can leave special instructions when you place your order online of what to do, or if your order is already placed, please call or e-mail us and we can assist further. |

| I have missed my delivery, what shall I do? |
| If you have received notice from DX or APC regarding a missed delivery, then deliveries can usually be arranged online on their website using your consignment numbers. For any other missed deliveries please contact our customer support team on 01472 242159, who can discuss this with you. |
