The pentagon shower enclosure is supplied with adjustable wall profiles that allow for easy fitting, the pivot shower door is fully reversible and can be fitted for a right or left-hand opening.

Q: I have an existing shower tray that is built in. I need to know what the width of the side panels are to ensure the cubicle fits onto the tray. Can you help as the dimensions given only relate to the 'new tray'?
Answer: The side panel width is 350mm and have an adjustment between 340 - 400mm

Q: please confirm the shower tray dimensions that accommodate the enclosure, our tray is pentagon 90 x 90 back and side walls, with the 2 pentagon sides being 37cm and the front to accommodate the door is 75 cm
Will this tray accommodate your shower enclosure ?
Answer: This shower tray measures 900mm on the 2 back sides, the the 2 pentagon side walls are 400mm each and the front door section is 700mm.

| If I use the delivery option to order Next Day during the weekend (Saturday or Sunday), will I receive it on Monday? |
| Unfortunately not. Orders are processed and delivered during working days (Mon-Fri not including bank holidays). In order to receive an item on a Monday, if using the Next Working Day option, it must be ordered before 3.30pm on the Friday. Orders placed after 3.30pm, or at weekends, will be processed the next working day. Next working day deliveries do not include weekends; orders placed on Friday before 3.30pm will be delivered the following working day (Monday – Excluding bank holidays). Orders placed after 3.30pm on a Friday will be processed the next working day (Monday – Excluding bank holidays) and delivered on Tuesday. |
| Do you deliver on a Saturday? |
| Our delivery service delivers on working days only (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, excluding Bank Holidays). We offer Next Working Day Delivery - but please note that if the order is placed after 3.30 pm on a Thursday and before 3.30pm on a Friday - this will not be delivered until the Monday. We offer working day delivery only. By calling the office on 01472 242159 - it may be possible for some products to be upgraded to a Saturday delivery. |

| If you have received notice from DX or APC regarding a missed delivery, then deliveries can usually be arranged online on their website using your consignment numbers. For any other missed deliveries please contact our customer support team on 01472 242159, who can discuss this with you. |
