What is a Close Coupled Toilet?<\/strong><\/h3>\n

A close coupled toilet<\/a> or a CC loo is the classic look loo, in that the cistern sits directly behind the toilet bowl instead of being hidden in the wall or located high up on the wall (high or medium level toilets). The cistern will tend to have either a flush handle or a push button to release the water stored in the cistern and “flush away” anything in the pan.<\/p>\n

Close Coupled Toilets may also be found in a back-to-wall style, in which all pipework is concealed in the bottom of the pan, with the pan being directly fitted against the bathroom wall. Open-back CC loos allow you access to the pipework.<\/p>\n
