Mohammed Ali - 11 months ago Answer: The rail supplied is not a grab rail and not designed to support weight, this is just an extended riser rail for the shower head to be adjusted on, designed to provide more height adjustment range to suit disabled users.

Q: How do l increase the temperature of the shower? Evelyn Lane - 1 year ago Answer: The temperature of this shower can be controlled from the front of the unit via 2 buttons to raise the temperature warmer or cooler. This unit however has a temperature lock safety feature. To adjust this temperature lock the shower should be turned off at the isolation switch and front cover removed. The Temperature lock switch can then be changed between 4 settings. Locked position 1 is 34-40°C, Locked Position 2 is 34-41°C, Locked Position 3 is 34-43°C and Unlocked position 4 is 25-46°C.

If I use the delivery option to order Next Day during the weekend (Saturday or Sunday), will I receive it on Monday?
Unfortunately not. Orders are processed and delivered during working days (Mon-Fri not including bank holidays). In order to receive an item on a Monday, if using the Next Working Day option, it must be ordered before 3.30pm on the Friday. Orders placed after 3.30pm, or at weekends, will be processed the next working day. Next working day deliveries do not include weekends; orders placed on Friday before 3.30pm will be delivered the following working day (Monday – Excluding bank holidays). Orders placed after 3.30pm on a Friday will be processed the next working day (Monday – Excluding bank holidays) and delivered on Tuesday.
Do you deliver on a Saturday?
Our delivery service delivers on working days only (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, excluding Bank Holidays). We offer Next Working Day Delivery - but please note that if the order is placed after 3.30 pm on a Thursday and before 3.30pm on a Friday - this will not be delivered until the Monday. We offer working day delivery only. By calling the office on 01472 242159 - it may be possible for some products to be upgraded to a Saturday delivery.
What if I am not home when the delivery arrives?
