The Ajax Tattershall 1600 x 700mm Single Ended Steel Bath is hard-wearing, robust and extra durable. This Ajax Bath has remained pristine for years with the high-quality steel construction, which offers a comfortable and relaxing bathing area for your bathroom. Named after the Lincolnshire Village, Ajax Tattershall Steel Baths have a single-ended design and two pre-drilled tap holes, offering flexible customisation with a choice of optional Ajax bath fillers (please refer to the drop-down menus).
This single-ended steel bathtub combines luxury, style, comfort and longevity. Optional bath panels are available with this steel bath, alongside a choice of bath screens. This Ajax Tattershall Bath includes a set of steel bath legs, a maximum water capacity of 142 litres, a height of 500mm, a width of 700mm, and a length of 1600mm. Inclusive of a 3-year manufacturer's guarantee for peace of mind when purchasing.

| If I use the delivery option to order Next Day during the weekend (Saturday or Sunday), will I receive it on Monday? |
| Unfortunately not. Orders are processed and delivered during working days (Mon-Fri not including bank holidays). In order to receive an item on a Monday, if using the Next Working Day option, it must be ordered before the stated time (either 12pm or 3pm) on the Friday. Orders placed after (12pm or 3pm as stated, or at weekends, will be processed the next working day. Next working day deliveries do not include weekends; orders placed on Friday before 12pm or 3pm (as stated for express delivery) will be delivered the following working day (Monday – Excluding bank holidays). Orders placed after 12pm or 3pm (as stated on the Express Delivery option) on a Friday will be processed the next working day (Monday – Excluding bank holidays) and delivered on Tuesday. |
| Do you deliver on a Saturday? |

Our delivery service delivers on working days only (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, excluding Bank Holidays). We offer Next Working Day Delivery - but please note that if the order is placed after 12pm or 3pm (item dependent) on a Thursday and before 12pm or 3pm (item dependent) on a Friday - this will not be delivered until the Monday. We offer working day delivery only. By calling the office on 01472 242159 - it may be possible for some products to be upgraded to a Saturday delivery. |
| What if I am not home when the delivery arrives? |
| In some cases, deliveries may be attempted with a neighbour of left in a safe place. You can leave special instructions when you place your order online of what to do, or if your order is already placed, please call or e-mail us and we can assist further. |

| Can my delivery be left with a neighbour if I am not in? |

| What to do if my delivery hasn’t arrived? |
| If you have not received your delivery, if you have had notification from the carrier regarding delivery, you can contact the carrier directly to assist, or call or e-mail us directly, and we can look into this and assist. |
| Can I choose a delivery date? |
| In some cases, we may be able to work with the delivery carrier/the warehouse to arrange a specific date for delivery in advance. To discuss this, please call the sales team on 01472 242159 who an look into this for you. |
| Can I collect from your Warehouse? |
| Items can be collected from our warehouse, however, please contact our sales team on 01472 242159 to discuss the collection, as some stock may not be available for immediate collection and require stock transfer. |
| I have missed my delivery, what shall I do? |
| If you have received notice from DX or APC regarding a missed delivery, then deliveries can usually be arranged online on their website using your consignment numbers. For any other missed deliveries please contact our customer support team on 01472 242159, who can discuss this with you. |
