This Aqualisa 609 Chrome Aquavalve is supplied complete with the chrome turbostream adjustable slide rail kit and provides outstanding performance with the added advantage of a turbo boost handset. The 609 valve can be used with any plumbing system and is safe an easy to use due to the thermostatic temperature control, the recessed chrome finish shower valve features separate temperature and flow controls and is fitted with a shut down safety device should one of the water feeds fail.

Q: Hi , I,am looking to replace my old Aqualisa 200 series which is feed by 22mm pipes from a gravity tank system but i now see that the newear are on 15mm surply , does this mean replacing all the pipework back to the tank or can i just reduce down near the unit . Many Thanks?
Answer: Yes, you will need to reduce the pipework completely in order for this to work.

Q: What is the difference between this shower valve and the other model 609biv01,?
Answer: These shower kits contain the same shower valve but come with different types of shower heads. The 609BIV01 comes with a varispray shower head, and the C609.01T/99.20.01 comes with a turbo stream shower head.

| If I use the delivery option to order Next Day during the weekend (Saturday or Sunday), will I receive it on Monday? |
| Unfortunately not. Orders are processed and delivered during working days (Mon-Fri not including bank holidays). In order to receive an item on a Monday, if using the Next Working Day option, it must be ordered before the stated time (either 12pm or 3pm) on the Friday. Orders placed after (12pm or 3pm as stated, or at weekends, will be processed the next working day. Next working day deliveries do not include weekends; orders placed on Friday before 12pm or 3pm (as stated for express delivery) will be delivered the following working day (Monday – Excluding bank holidays). Orders placed after 12pm or 3pm (as stated on the Express Delivery option) on a Friday will be processed the next working day (Monday – Excluding bank holidays) and delivered on Tuesday. |

Our delivery service delivers on working days only (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, excluding Bank Holidays). We offer Next Working Day Delivery - but please note that if the order is placed after 12pm or 3pm (item dependent) on a Thursday and before 12pm or 3pm (item dependent) on a Friday - this will not be delivered until the Monday. We offer working day delivery only. By calling the office on 01472 242159 - it may be possible for some products to be upgraded to a Saturday delivery. |
