Product Description

The Bristan Cobalt Thermostatic Shower Package Twoexudes luxury. This Bristan Mixer Valve has been designed for any plumbing system and wall cavity, requiring only a 35mm deep cavity space. The squared valve has two easy-to-operate controls, a 3/4" ceramic disc valve, and a minimum dynamic pressure of 0.2 bar. Furthermore, the nozzles on the fixed shower head and 200mm handset are rub-clean, making this shower straightforward to maintain.

A metal backplate and matching handles are added for extra durability. Furthermore, an automatic shut-off system is included in the event of water supply failure for family-safe showering. The height of the chrome concealed shower valve is 200mm, the length of the shower arm is 330mm, and the fixed shower head has a 200mm diameter. Finally, the Bristan Thermostatic Shower System has a 5-year manufacturer's guarantee for peace of mind when ordering.

Q: Hi..do you need access to the rear..I'm installing into a solid wall. . Thank you? Mr Fingleton - 1 year ago Answer: For this valve, the cartridges can be accessed from the front however it does require rear access to service filters.
Q: What is the depth of the concealed valve please? Ade Olagbaju - 1 year ago Answer: The depth from wall plate to back of valve is 45mm, the depth from front control to back of valve is 115mm

If I use the delivery option to order Next Day during the weekend (Saturday or Sunday), will I receive it on Monday?
Unfortunately not. Orders are processed and delivered during working days (Mon-Fri not including bank holidays). In order to receive an item on a Monday, if using the Next Working Day option, it must be ordered before 3.30pm on the Friday. Orders placed after 3.30pm, or at weekends, will be processed the next working day. Next working day deliveries do not include weekends; orders placed on Friday before 3.30pm will be delivered the following working day (Monday – Excluding bank holidays). Orders placed after 3.30pm on a Friday will be processed the next working day (Monday – Excluding bank holidays) and delivered on Tuesday.
Do you deliver on a Saturday?
Our delivery service delivers on working days only (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, excluding Bank Holidays). We offer Next Working Day Delivery - but please note that if the order is placed after 3.30 pm on a Thursday and before 3.30pm on a Friday - this will not be delivered until the Monday. We offer working day delivery only. By calling the office on 01472 242159 - it may be possible for some products to be upgraded to a Saturday delivery.
What if I am not home when the delivery arrives?
In some cases, deliveries may be attempted with a neighbour of left in a safe place. You can leave special instructions when you place your order online of what to do, or if your order is already placed, please call or e-mail us and we can assist further.
Can I order an item that is currently out of stock?
Yes, to place an order for an item out of stock, please call 01472 242159 and we can place an order over the phone for you.
Can my delivery be left with a neighbour if I am not in?
In most cases, deliveries can be left with neighbours. You can leave special instructions when you place your order online of your preferred neighbour, or if your order is already placed, please e-mail us on info@showerstoyou.co.uk or call on 01472 242159
Can I change my existing order?
Providing your order has not been dispatched by our warehouse; changes usually can be made, please call our sales team on 01472 242159 and we can look into your order.
What to do if my delivery hasn’t arrived?
If you have not received your delivery, if you have had notification from the carrier regarding delivery, you can contact the carrier directly to assist, or call or e-mail us directly, and we can look into this and assist.
Can I choose a delivery date?
In some cases, we may be able to work with the delivery carrier/the warehouse to arrange a specific date for delivery in advance. To discuss this, please call the sales team on 01472 242159 who an look into this for you.
Can I collect from your Warehouse?
Items can be collected from our warehouse, however, please contact our sales team on 01472 242159 to discuss the collection, as some stock may not be available for immediate collection and require stock transfer.
I have missed my delivery, what shall I do?
If you have received notice from DX or APC regarding a missed delivery, then deliveries can usually be arranged online on their website using your consignment numbers. For any other missed deliveries please contact our customer support team on 01472 242159, who can discuss this with you.
