The Bristan Dune Monobloc Sink Mixer Chrome is a hard-wearing and flawless design. This stylish tap features a chrome finish on a brass-constructed material. This Bristan Kitchen Tap is deck-mounted and works on all plumbing systems. The round, smooth kitchen tap has two easy-to-use levers and a maximum hot water temperature of 60°C.
In addition, the 361mm-high kitchen mixer tap includes all flexible tails and the fitting kit, meaning there is nothing separate to purchase. Finally, this chrome 1TH sink mixer has a comprehensive lifetime manufacturer's guarantee, allowing peace of mind before purchasing.

Q: Does this have a "diffuser" or filter on the output so you don't get a thin, high pressure jet effect on the hot?
Answer: This tap is a kitchen mixer tap. Going by the maintenance, the tap is fitted with an aerator.

Q: Hello... does this have the 'famous' Bristan 'Easy-fit' method of fixing or the traditional fitting method. Thank you....I do not want an 'Easy fit' !!?

| If I use the delivery option to order Next Day during the weekend (Saturday or Sunday), will I receive it on Monday? |
| Unfortunately not. Orders are processed and delivered during working days (Mon-Fri not including bank holidays). In order to receive an item on a Monday, if using the Next Working Day option, it must be ordered before the stated time (either 12pm or 3pm) on the Friday. Orders placed after (12pm or 3pm as stated, or at weekends, will be processed the next working day. Next working day deliveries do not include weekends; orders placed on Friday before 12pm or 3pm (as stated for express delivery) will be delivered the following working day (Monday – Excluding bank holidays). Orders placed after 12pm or 3pm (as stated on the Express Delivery option) on a Friday will be processed the next working day (Monday – Excluding bank holidays) and delivered on Tuesday. |
| Do you deliver on a Saturday? |

Our delivery service delivers on working days only (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, excluding Bank Holidays). We offer Next Working Day Delivery - but please note that if the order is placed after 12pm or 3pm (item dependent) on a Thursday and before 12pm or 3pm (item dependent) on a Friday - this will not be delivered until the Monday. We offer working day delivery only. By calling the office on 01472 242159 - it may be possible for some products to be upgraded to a Saturday delivery. |
| What if I am not home when the delivery arrives? |
| In some cases, deliveries may be attempted with a neighbour of left in a safe place. You can leave special instructions when you place your order online of what to do, or if your order is already placed, please call or e-mail us and we can assist further. |

| Can my delivery be left with a neighbour if I am not in? |

| What to do if my delivery hasn’t arrived? |
| If you have not received your delivery, if you have had notification from the carrier regarding delivery, you can contact the carrier directly to assist, or call or e-mail us directly, and we can look into this and assist. |
| Can I choose a delivery date? |
| In some cases, we may be able to work with the delivery carrier/the warehouse to arrange a specific date for delivery in advance. To discuss this, please call the sales team on 01472 242159 who an look into this for you. |
| Can I collect from your Warehouse? |
| Items can be collected from our warehouse, however, please contact our sales team on 01472 242159 to discuss the collection, as some stock may not be available for immediate collection and require stock transfer. |
| I have missed my delivery, what shall I do? |
| If you have received notice from DX or APC regarding a missed delivery, then deliveries can usually be arranged online on their website using your consignment numbers. For any other missed deliveries please contact our customer support team on 01472 242159, who can discuss this with you. |
