Q: Hi, I want to replace an existing shower. I have 22mm diameter hot and cold pipes - is this shower capable of connecting to my existing pipes? If it has 15mm inlets, can I reduce the 22mm at the connecting point to 15mm? John Pattison - 1 year ago Answer: Hi, you can reduce your 22mm pipes down to the required 15mm at any point along the pipe run, as long as you have 15mm pipes coming in to the valve then that will be fine. We would advise for you to discuss this with your plumber, the fitting instructions are available under the documents tab.

If I use the delivery option to order Next Day during the weekend (Saturday or Sunday), will I receive it on Monday?
Unfortunately not. Orders are processed and delivered during working days (Mon-Fri not including bank holidays). In order to receive an item on a Monday, if using the Next Working Day option, it must be ordered before 3.30pm on the Friday. Orders placed after 3.30pm, or at weekends, will be processed the next working day. Next working day deliveries do not include weekends; orders placed on Friday before 3.30pm will be delivered the following working day (Monday – Excluding bank holidays). Orders placed after 3.30pm on a Friday will be processed the next working day (Monday – Excluding bank holidays) and delivered on Tuesday.
What if I am not home when the delivery arrives?
In some cases, deliveries may be attempted with a neighbour of left in a safe place. You can leave special instructions when you place your order online of what to do, or if your order is already placed, please call or e-mail us and we can assist further.

Items can be collected from our warehouse, however, please contact our sales team on 01472 242159 to discuss the collection, as some stock may not be available for immediate collection and require stock transfer.
I have missed my delivery, what shall I do?
If you have received notice from DX or APC regarding a missed delivery, then deliveries can usually be arranged online on their website using your consignment numbers. For any other missed deliveries please contact our customer support team on 01472 242159, who can discuss this with you.
