Product Description

The Kinedo Consort 700 x 700mm Shower Pod features salon-style shower doors that open inward into the enclosure. This type of door has the advantage of using less room space and allowing any residual water to run back into the shower tray. The self-contained shower cubical can fit into a corner of the room or against a wall and is suitable for all showers.

In addition, the premium shower pod is silicone-free and includes a 10-year manufacturer's guarantee.

Q: How easy would this be to take down again and re-install it somewhere else? Katherine - 2 months ago Answer: Removal and reinstallation of this should be easily done, due to that no silicone is required for installation, so are screwed together for assembly.

Q: Can the outlet go down into the floor within the footprint of the base or does it have to come out at the back or side before going down into the floor.? Martin Croft - 3 months ago Answer: The design of this is made to go out the back or side only. In order to have this within the footprint of the tray area, would require removal of some of the material of the tray for the pipework.

Q: How do I fit mixer taps to the back wall of this? Do I have to drill holes in it ? James Jones - 10 months ago Answer: Mixer taps should not be installed to the shower pod. If you mean a shower mixer, you will need to follow the instructions for your chosen shower as this shower pod is not supplied with one. Yes, you will need to drill holes to suit your chosen shower.

Q: Hi can this be fitted directly to a back wall, and would it be flat against it or is there room to feed pipes up to the shower control ? Or would I need to fit the plumbing sub flush to the existing wall ? John - 10 months ago Answer: No, this will not sit flush against the wall, there will always be a gap behind the shower pod, due to the angle of the back of the tray. Brackets are also provided to stabilise the shower pod and are to be put into place at the top of the enclosure. You will not need to fit the plumbing flush to the wall, there will be room behind the back.

If I use the delivery option to order Next Day during the weekend (Saturday or Sunday), will I receive it on Monday?

Unfortunately not. Orders are processed and delivered during working days (Mon-Fri not including bank holidays). In order to receive an item on a Monday, if using the Next Working Day option, it must be ordered before the stated time (either 12pm or 3pm) on the Friday. Orders placed after (12pm or 3pm as stated, or at weekends, will be processed the next working day. Next working day deliveries do not include weekends; orders placed on Friday before 12pm or 3pm (as stated for express delivery) will be delivered the following working day (Monday – Excluding bank holidays). Orders placed after 12pm or 3pm (as stated on the Express Delivery option) on a Friday will be processed the next working day (Monday – Excluding bank holidays) and delivered on Tuesday.

Do you deliver on a Saturday?

Our delivery service delivers on working days only (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, excluding Bank Holidays). We offer Next Working Day Delivery - but please note that if the order is placed after 12pm or 3pm (item dependent) on a Thursday and before 12pm or 3pm (item dependent) on a Friday - this will not be delivered until the Monday. We offer working day delivery only. By calling the office on 01472 242159 - it may be possible for some products to be upgraded to a Saturday delivery.

What if I am not home when the delivery arrives?

In some cases, deliveries may be attempted with a neighbour of left in a safe place. You can leave special instructions when you place your order online of what to do, or if your order is already placed, please call or e-mail us and we can assist further.

Can I order an item that is currently out of stock?

Yes, to place an order for an item out of stock, please call 01472 242159 and we can place an order over the phone for you.

Can my delivery be left with a neighbour if I am not in?

In most cases, deliveries can be left with neighbours. You can leave special instructions when you place your order online of your preferred neighbour, or if your order is already placed, please e-mail us on info@showerstoyou.co.uk or call on 01472 242159

Can I change my existing order?

Providing your order has not been dispatched by our warehouse; changes usually can be made, please call our sales team on 01472 242159 and we can look into your order.

What to do if my delivery hasn’t arrived?

If you have not received your delivery, if you have had notification from the carrier regarding delivery, you can contact the carrier directly to assist, or call or e-mail us directly, and we can look into this and assist.

Can I choose a delivery date?

In some cases, we may be able to work with the delivery carrier/the warehouse to arrange a specific date for delivery in advance. To discuss this, please call the sales team on 01472 242159 who an look into this for you.

Can I collect from your Warehouse?

Items can be collected from our warehouse, however, please contact our sales team on 01472 242159 to discuss the collection, as some stock may not be available for immediate collection and require stock transfer.

I have missed my delivery, what shall I do?

If you have received notice from DX or APC regarding a missed delivery, then deliveries can usually be arranged online on their website using your consignment numbers. For any other missed deliveries please contact our customer support team on 01472 242159, who can discuss this with you.
