This Kinedo Kineprime Glass 900mm Quadrant Sliding Shower Cubicle makes the most of the surrounding area.

The Kineprime Glass quadrant cubicle is self-contained and leak-free, providing guaranteed watertight showering without requiring silicon. The premium 900mm compact size cubicle is ideal even for any bathroom or ensuite setting and provides ample showering room.

The 900mm quadrant self-contained sliding shower cubicle is supplied with a dedicated shower tray and corner waste. Also included with this cubicle is the chrome surface-mounted thermostatic mixer shower, complete with an adjustable slide rail kit, handset, and shower hose. The thermostatic mixer shower provides safe, controlled showering for families and is simple and easy to use. The curved cubicle is fully reversible for left or right-hand fitment.

In addition, the Kinedo quadrant sliding cubicle features a comprehensive 10-year manufacturer's guarantee that provides peace of mind when purchasing.

OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE After being let down badly by another company Showers to you stepped up to the mark and got my unit delivered on time. Delivery was excellent and the driver helpful. The shower looks good and so far so good. my plumber changed the waste as he said it wasn’t draining too well but that was not a problem for one small cheap part. Q: Hello, I want to use our existing instantaneous electric shower mounted in the cubicle. Can I remove the mixer set up? Andy Basham - 3 weeks ago Answer: This shower pod is designed for use with the mixer shower that is supplied, and the glass panels are pre-drilled for fitting of the supplied mixer shower. Additionally as these are glass panels we do not recommend drilling to retro-fit a different shower.

There is however the Kinedo moonlight range that has an acrylic panel in the centre and supplied with no shower, which allows for installation of any shower you choose, such as electric.

Q: I see you have a guarantee not to leak but seals are only guaranteed for 2 years. Is there a recommendation regarding replacing seals every so often? Malcolm howard Mallett - 1 year ago Answer: The manufacturer do not have a recommended time frame for replacing the seals. It is recommended to replace the seals when they appear to be perishing or discolored. Q: Does this or is there a cabin with an integrated water pump For low pressure houses ? Mark - 3 years ago Answer: This shower pod does not have a pump. For installation of a water pump, it would have to be purchased separately and it is best to discuss with your installer/plumber.

If I use the delivery option to order Next Day during the weekend (Saturday or Sunday), will I receive it on Monday?

Unfortunately not. Orders are processed and delivered during working days (Mon-Fri not including bank holidays). In order to receive an item on a Monday, if using the Next Working Day option, it must be ordered before the stated time (either 12pm or 3pm) on the Friday. Orders placed after (12pm or 3pm as stated, or at weekends, will be processed the next working day. Next working day deliveries do not include weekends; orders placed on Friday before 12pm or 3pm (as stated for express delivery) will be delivered the following working day (Monday – Excluding bank holidays). Orders placed after 12pm or 3pm (as stated on the Express Delivery option) on a Friday will be processed the next working day (Monday – Excluding bank holidays) and delivered on Tuesday.

Do you deliver on a Saturday?

Our delivery service delivers on working days only (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, excluding Bank Holidays). We offer Next Working Day Delivery - but please note that if the order is placed after 12pm or 3pm (item dependent) on a Thursday and before 12pm or 3pm (item dependent) on a Friday - this will not be delivered until the Monday. We offer working day delivery only. By calling the office on 01472 242159 - it may be possible for some products to be upgraded to a Saturday delivery.

What if I am not home when the delivery arrives?

In some cases, deliveries may be attempted with a neighbour of left in a safe place. You can leave special instructions when you place your order online of what to do, or if your order is already placed, please call or e-mail us and we can assist further.

Can I order an item that is currently out of stock?

Yes, to place an order for an item out of stock, please call 01472 242159 and we can place an order over the phone for you.

Can my delivery be left with a neighbour if I am not in?

In most cases, deliveries can be left with neighbours. You can leave special instructions when you place your order online of your preferred neighbour, or if your order is already placed, please e-mail us on info@showerstoyou.co.uk or call on 01472 242159

Can I change my existing order?

Providing your order has not been dispatched by our warehouse; changes usually can be made, please call our sales team on 01472 242159 and we can look into your order.

What to do if my delivery hasn’t arrived?

If you have not received your delivery, if you have had notification from the carrier regarding delivery, you can contact the carrier directly to assist, or call or e-mail us directly, and we can look into this and assist.

Can I choose a delivery date?

In some cases, we may be able to work with the delivery carrier/the warehouse to arrange a specific date for delivery in advance. To discuss this, please call the sales team on 01472 242159 who an look into this for you.

Can I collect from your Warehouse?

Items can be collected from our warehouse, however, please contact our sales team on 01472 242159 to discuss the collection, as some stock may not be available for immediate collection and require stock transfer.

I have missed my delivery, what shall I do?

If you have received notice from DX or APC regarding a missed delivery, then deliveries can usually be arranged online on their website using your consignment numbers. For any other missed deliveries please contact our customer support team on 01472 242159, who can discuss this with you.
