Not a pleasure to install Very difficult to put together. I wouldn’t recommend this to future customers. Looks good once it’s in. 2 months ago C T Plumber
Installation of shower doors It took an experienced plumber several hours more than he had anticipated to instal the doors, and I needed to help him by holding the doors & frame upright whilst he was attaching a screw top & bottom of both doors - it was very fiddley and frustrating - and is definitely a two person job. However, now that is up and in use, it fits perfectly and is an enormous improvement on the old doors. 3 months ago Sue N

Q: Looking at the Lakes 900mm quadrant shower enclosures there are two that are very similar and it is difficult to see precisely the difference on the photos. What is/are the differences between this enclosure and the one called 'Lakes 900 x 900mm Quadrant Shower Enclosure'. We see black areas down the side, presumably attaching the enclosure to the wall but they do not appear on the other. There is an approximately £30 difference in price and they seem at first sight very much the same. We are tending towards the more expensive enclosure because it looks a neater attachment to the wall but are not sure. Thanks Bill Lambert? Bill Lambert - 5 months ago Answer: The difference between the Lakes enclosures is as follows: this Lakes enclosure has to be fully assembled as opposed to the LKR900S Lakes Bathrooms 900mm Quadrant Shower Enclosure; this one is supplied in two parts and is partly assembled for easy fitting.
The black areas you refer to are just shadows on the images.

If I use the delivery option to order Next Day during the weekend (Saturday or Sunday), will I receive it on Monday?
Unfortunately not. Orders are processed and delivered during working days (Mon-Fri not including bank holidays). In order to receive an item on a Monday, if using the Next Working Day option, it must be ordered before 3.30pm on the Friday. Orders placed after 3.30pm, or at weekends, will be processed the next working day. Next working day deliveries do not include weekends; orders placed on Friday before 3.30pm will be delivered the following working day (Monday – Excluding bank holidays). Orders placed after 3.30pm on a Friday will be processed the next working day (Monday – Excluding bank holidays) and delivered on Tuesday.
Do you deliver on a Saturday?
Our delivery service delivers on working days only (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, excluding Bank Holidays). We offer Next Working Day Delivery - but please note that if the order is placed after 3.30 pm on a Thursday and before 3.30pm on a Friday - this will not be delivered until the Monday. We offer working day delivery only. By calling the office on 01472 242159 - it may be possible for some products to be upgraded to a Saturday delivery.
What if I am not home when the delivery arrives?
In some cases, deliveries may be attempted with a neighbour of left in a safe place. You can leave special instructions when you place your order online of what to do, or if your order is already placed, please call or e-mail us and we can assist further.
Can I order an item that is currently out of stock?

What to do if my delivery hasn’t arrived?
If you have not received your delivery, if you have had notification from the carrier regarding delivery, you can contact the carrier directly to assist, or call or e-mail us directly, and we can look into this and assist.
Can I choose a delivery date?

Can I collect from your Warehouse?
Items can be collected from our warehouse, however, please contact our sales team on 01472 242159 to discuss the collection, as some stock may not be available for immediate collection and require stock transfer.
I have missed my delivery, what shall I do?
If you have received notice from DX or APC regarding a missed delivery, then deliveries can usually be arranged online on their website using your consignment numbers. For any other missed deliveries please contact our customer support team on 01472 242159, who can discuss this with you.
