This Redring Pure 9.5kW Instantaneous Electric Shower is simple to use and very easy to fit, the pure 9.5kw electric shower provides a more powerful flow of water than the 7.5 and 8.5kw and features a stunning design with straight forward controls allowing for enjoyable showering. On the front of the shower there is a start and stop button, a separate temperature control allowing you to choose your preferred temperature and a power selector that allows you to choose full power, economy 1 or 2 and a cold only setting that comes in handy for rising the bath or shower enclosure.

The Pure 9.5wk shower is supplied complete with the 600mm adjustable slide rail, a 1 metre anti-kink shower hose and a detachable single mode handset. The shower is finished in white and comes complete with a 2 year manufactures guarantee.

Very good economical shower Ordered to replace a Redring Expression 9.5 Kw shower unit that had given good service for over 15 years. Because of space in shower area the dimensions of this shower were suitable, and I hoped existing holes for cable and cold-water pipe could be reused. Unfortunately, the change in backplate design prevented re-use of existing holes and new holes had to be drilled and the old ones filled. Luckily, I managed to conceal this work behind the shower without fouling the shower screen. This took a bit of care to do so to get position correctly. Especially to make the electrical connection using 10mm cable and connect cold water supply as the corner area was a pretty small. However, the unit has been working well since installation was finished a week or so ago. I am very pleased with the shower so far and hope it will give as good service as its predecessor. 1 year ago Robert C

If I use the delivery option to order Next Day during the weekend (Saturday or Sunday), will I receive it on Monday?
Unfortunately not. Orders are processed and delivered during working days (Mon-Fri not including bank holidays). In order to receive an item on a Monday, if using the Next Working Day option, it must be ordered before 3.30pm on the Friday. Orders placed after 3.30pm, or at weekends, will be processed the next working day. Next working day deliveries do not include weekends; orders placed on Friday before 3.30pm will be delivered the following working day (Monday – Excluding bank holidays). Orders placed after 3.30pm on a Friday will be processed the next working day (Monday – Excluding bank holidays) and delivered on Tuesday.
What if I am not home when the delivery arrives?
In some cases, deliveries may be attempted with a neighbour of left in a safe place. You can leave special instructions when you place your order online of what to do, or if your order is already placed, please call or e-mail us and we can assist further.
Can I order an item that is currently out of stock?

Can my delivery be left with a neighbour if I am not in?

Providing your order has not been dispatched by our warehouse; changes usually can be made, please call our sales team on 01472 242159 and we can look into your order.
What to do if my delivery hasn’t arrived?
If you have not received your delivery, if you have had notification from the carrier regarding delivery, you can contact the carrier directly to assist, or call or e-mail us directly, and we can look into this and assist.
Can I choose a delivery date?
In some cases, we may be able to work with the delivery carrier/the warehouse to arrange a specific date for delivery in advance. To discuss this, please call the sales team on 01472 242159 who an look into this for you.
Can I collect from your Warehouse?
Items can be collected from our warehouse, however, please contact our sales team on 01472 242159 to discuss the collection, as some stock may not be available for immediate collection and require stock transfer.
I have missed my delivery, what shall I do?
If you have received notice from DX or APC regarding a missed delivery, then deliveries can usually be arranged online on their website using your consignment numbers. For any other missed deliveries please contact our customer support team on 01472 242159, who can discuss this with you.
