This Reina Ricadi Stainless Steel Towel Radiator stands at a height of 1140mm with a width of 500mm, the Ricadi heated towel rail provides a BTU output of 3188 allowing it to not only keep towels nice and warm, but to provide heat for the bathroom or en-suite or cloakroom. The quality stainless steel towel rail has been designed for use within moist environments and is guaranteed against rusting or corroding, there is a 25 year guarantee that is included for complete reassurance. The beautiful designer ladder rail features flat tubes with an open end that allows you to hang and remove towels with ease, wall fittings are included and there is an option to purchase the matching square design radiator valves. The other advantage with the Ricadi heated rail is that it can be connected to the central heating system and if required, used with the optional dual fuel element, this allows the rail to keep towels nice and warm all year round without having to put the central heating on, the rail can also be used for electric only without having to plumb it in.

Dual Fuel explained
Dual fuel allows the radiator to be used with the heating system during the winter and without the heating system during the summer months, the dual fuel element is operated by a separate switch that is then used to heat the radiator independently, this is ideal for warming up the bathroom or drying the towels when the central heating is not required.

If I use the delivery option to order Next Day during the weekend (Saturday or Sunday), will I receive it on Monday? |
Unfortunately not. Orders are processed and delivered during working days (Mon-Fri not including bank holidays). In order to receive an item on a Monday, if using the Next Working Day option, it must be ordered before 3.30pm on the Friday. Orders placed after 3.30pm, or at weekends, will be processed the next working day. Next working day deliveries do not include weekends; orders placed on Friday before 3.30pm will be delivered the following working day (Monday – Excluding bank holidays). Orders placed after 3.30pm on a Friday will be processed the next working day (Monday – Excluding bank holidays) and delivered on Tuesday. |
Do you deliver on a Saturday? |
Our delivery service delivers on working days only (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, excluding Bank Holidays). We offer Next Working Day Delivery - but please note that if the order is placed after 3.30 pm on a Thursday and before 3.30pm on a Friday - this will not be delivered until the Monday. We offer working day delivery only. By calling the office on 01472 242159 - it may be possible for some products to be upgraded to a Saturday delivery. |
What if I am not home when the delivery arrives? |
In some cases, deliveries may be attempted with a neighbour of left in a safe place. You can leave special instructions when you place your order online of what to do, or if your order is already placed, please call or e-mail us and we can assist further. |
Can I order an item that is currently out of stock? |

Can my delivery be left with a neighbour if I am not in? |

If you have not received your delivery, if you have had notification from the carrier regarding delivery, you can contact the carrier directly to assist, or call or e-mail us directly, and we can look into this and assist. |
Can I choose a delivery date? |

Can I collect from your Warehouse? |
Items can be collected from our warehouse, however, please contact our sales team on 01472 242159 to discuss the collection, as some stock may not be available for immediate collection and require stock transfer. |
I have missed my delivery, what shall I do? |
If you have received notice from DX or APC regarding a missed delivery, then deliveries can usually be arranged online on their website using your consignment numbers. For any other missed deliveries please contact our customer support team on 01472 242159, who can discuss this with you. |
