Q: is it possible to get the sink with no tap hole as shown in the picture on your website?
Answer: Unfortunately, the manufacturer does not supply this particular product without tap holes. This picture is for illustration purposes only and is supplied by the manufacturer.

Q: Is the tap hole pre-drilled as well as the waste?
Answer: Yes, the tap hole and waste are pre-drilled. We have a collection of Scudo Bathroom Taps and Scudo Waste Fittings to pair with this vanity unit.

Q: Does this basin have a tap hole? I need this design but with no tap hole. I plan on using mounted to the wall. Please help answering the question?

Q: Hi what is the diameter of the waist dimater and the overflow diameter? How long will it take to arrive and also is there a tap hole in the basin?
Answer: The waste will be the UK industry standard. Unfortunately, we do not have the dimension of the overflow. We would recommend contacting Scudo on 01535 663024.

| If I use the delivery option to order Next Day during the weekend (Saturday or Sunday), will I receive it on Monday? |
| Unfortunately not. Orders are processed and delivered during working days (Mon-Fri not including bank holidays). In order to receive an item on a Monday, if using the Next Working Day option, it must be ordered before the stated time (either 12pm or 3pm) on the Friday. Orders placed after (12pm or 3pm as stated, or at weekends, will be processed the next working day. Next working day deliveries do not include weekends; orders placed on Friday before 12pm or 3pm (as stated for express delivery) will be delivered the following working day (Monday – Excluding bank holidays). Orders placed after 12pm or 3pm (as stated on the Express Delivery option) on a Friday will be processed the next working day (Monday – Excluding bank holidays) and delivered on Tuesday. |

Our delivery service delivers on working days only (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, excluding Bank Holidays). We offer Next Working Day Delivery - but please note that if the order is placed after 12pm or 3pm (item dependent) on a Thursday and before 12pm or 3pm (item dependent) on a Friday - this will not be delivered until the Monday. We offer working day delivery only. By calling the office on 01472 242159 - it may be possible for some products to be upgraded to a Saturday delivery. |

| If you have received notice from DX or APC regarding a missed delivery, then deliveries can usually be arranged online on their website using your consignment numbers. For any other missed deliveries please contact our customer support team on 01472 242159, who can discuss this with you. |
