The Scudo Serena Brushed Brass Round Rigid Riser Shower with Easy Fix Kit is an easy-fitting exposed shower system that belongs in modern bathrooms. This Scudo Shower comes with a luxurious Brushed Brass finish that pairs perfectly with other colour-matching bathroom taps, fixtures, enclosures and accessories. The Scudo Serena Rigid Riger Shower has a fully thermostatic anti-scald valve for safe family showering, easy-clean rubber nozzles for hassle-free maintenance, and an anti-calc design that prevents limescale.
The minimum operating pressure of this high-quality rigid riser shower system is 0.5 bar. Additional features include a telescopic riser rail (adjustable after installing), a multi-function handset with three settings, and a 200mm fixed round shower head. A lifetime manufacturer's guarantee is included with this shower for peace of mind when purchasing.

| If I use the delivery option to order Next Day during the weekend (Saturday or Sunday), will I receive it on Monday? |
| Unfortunately not. Orders are processed and delivered during working days (Mon-Fri not including bank holidays). In order to receive an item on a Monday, if using the Next Working Day option, it must be ordered before the stated time (either 12pm or 3pm) on the Friday. Orders placed after (12pm or 3pm as stated, or at weekends, will be processed the next working day. Next working day deliveries do not include weekends; orders placed on Friday before 12pm or 3pm (as stated for express delivery) will be delivered the following working day (Monday – Excluding bank holidays). Orders placed after 12pm or 3pm (as stated on the Express Delivery option) on a Friday will be processed the next working day (Monday – Excluding bank holidays) and delivered on Tuesday. |
| Do you deliver on a Saturday? |

Our delivery service delivers on working days only (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, excluding Bank Holidays). We offer Next Working Day Delivery - but please note that if the order is placed after 12pm or 3pm (item dependent) on a Thursday and before 12pm or 3pm (item dependent) on a Friday - this will not be delivered until the Monday. We offer working day delivery only. By calling the office on 01472 242159 - it may be possible for some products to be upgraded to a Saturday delivery. |

| Can I collect from your Warehouse? |
| Items can be collected from our warehouse, however, please contact our sales team on 01472 242159 to discuss the collection, as some stock may not be available for immediate collection and require stock transfer. |

| If you have received notice from DX or APC regarding a missed delivery, then deliveries can usually be arranged online on their website using your consignment numbers. For any other missed deliveries please contact our customer support team on 01472 242159, who can discuss this with you. |
