A good replacement! I bought this aqualisa shower head in place of the aqualisa quartz shower head due to the price. This being the cheaper one. A good substitute, the only thing is the thread is longer than the aqualisa quartz model which means it doesn't quite screw up.tight. It still goes round and round although it doesn't leak any water. 1 month ago Sandra G

Good replacement for a broken head This works well and gives two good spray patterns on a direct water supply. Switching between the two is quite stiff and needs to be done whilst holding the head in one hand rather than whilst it is in the pinch grip. It replaced an identical shower head that we had dropped and cracked, so I can't comment on its longevity in normal service. 2 months ago Ian S

Q: We have an Aqualisa shower dating back to the 1980s. The shower head is attached by a flexible hose to a vertical sliding rail. The diameter of the shower head that fits into the sliding fixture varies from approx. 25mm to 30mm. Will this, or any other of your replacement heads, fit into the sliding 'holster'? Kind regards? Howard Allsopp - 1 year ago Answer: The new design of shower heads are not designed to fit into the handset holders, as now the design is that the sliding handset holder, holds the Cone shape of the shower hose, not the shower head.

If I use the delivery option to order Next Day during the weekend (Saturday or Sunday), will I receive it on Monday?

Unfortunately not. Orders are processed and delivered during working days (Mon-Fri not including bank holidays). In order to receive an item on a Monday, if using the Next Working Day option, it must be ordered before 3.30pm on the Friday. Orders placed after 3.30pm, or at weekends, will be processed the next working day. Next working day deliveries do not include weekends; orders placed on Friday before 3.30pm will be delivered the following working day (Monday – Excluding bank holidays). Orders placed after 3.30pm on a Friday will be processed the next working day (Monday – Excluding bank holidays) and delivered on Tuesday.

What if I am not home when the delivery arrives?

In some cases, deliveries may be attempted with a neighbour of left in a safe place. You can leave special instructions when you place your order online of what to do, or if your order is already placed, please call or e-mail us and we can assist further.

Can I order an item that is currently out of stock?

Can my delivery be left with a neighbour if I am not in?

What to do if my delivery hasn’t arrived?

If you have not received your delivery, if you have had notification from the carrier regarding delivery, you can contact the carrier directly to assist, or call or e-mail us directly, and we can look into this and assist.

Can I choose a delivery date?

In some cases, we may be able to work with the delivery carrier/the warehouse to arrange a specific date for delivery in advance. To discuss this, please call the sales team on 01472 242159 who an look into this for you.

Can I collect from your Warehouse?

Items can be collected from our warehouse, however, please contact our sales team on 01472 242159 to discuss the collection, as some stock may not be available for immediate collection and require stock transfer.

I have missed my delivery, what shall I do?

If you have received notice from DX or APC regarding a missed delivery, then deliveries can usually be arranged online on their website using your consignment numbers. For any other missed deliveries please contact our customer support team on 01472 242159, who can discuss this with you.
