Aqualisa Aquarian Shower Unit I purchased this model as i already had the same in my ensuite. Currently this new one is still in its box as i am revamping the ensuite and still a little way from fitting it. Found yhis model to be easy to use, fit and efficient hence buying the same again. Excellent service Fast delivery of the Aqualisa shower, which was a direct replacement like for like. The old one had developed multiple leaks and had worked effectively after a cartridge repair kit from ebay. However, after 18 months or so, it developed a secondary rear leak so a new unit t was required. Could have got away with a new cartridge, but it was a great price for a complete new system. Excellent shower Excellent shower at good value and easy to fit. Do note however that if you are replacing an earlier version (ours was of unknown age, likely 15+ years), it all fits existing fixings, pipework etc EXCEPT the rail riser brackets. The new version rail brackets would have required new holes to be drilled in the tiles, and the old holes filled. Fortunately the new rail CAN be fitted to the previous brackets. 1 year ago Thomas B

Q: What's the difference between 99.EV.01 and E99.01T. They both the same as I need to replace my old one from 15 years ago Aqualisa Colt Rear-Fed Exposed Chrome Thermostatic Mixer? Kevin - 1 year ago Answer: Both of these come with the same shower valve; however, the 99EV01 is supplied with a riser rail and shower head, whereas the E99.01T comes with a fixed shower head.

Q: Hi, I have an Aqualisa AQUARIAN 1996-99 Mixer shower with Thermostatic Cartridge 164310. Would I be able to use this new version with the existing shower fittings would you happen to know? Many thanks? Dave - 1 year ago Answer: We can confirm that if you are replacing the full shower valve, this will be compatible as a direct replacement and will fit onto existing pipework. You however just cannot use 1999 to current parts such as the cartridge, with the original pre 99 valve.

Q: I have a shower that is identical to this I want to replace. When I open it up it has a green cartridge. I understand this to be important due to water pressure. Does this shower have a green cartridge mixer? Pascal - 2 years ago Answer: This shower is not fitted with the green cartridge but is supplied with the standard cartridge suitable for all plumbing systems with a minimum of 0.1 bar and a maximum of 10 bar. The green cartridge, code 265501, can be purchased separately and replaced. However, the green cartridge is suitable for Unvented High-Pressure water systems only.

If I use the delivery option to order Next Day during the weekend (Saturday or Sunday), will I receive it on Monday?

Unfortunately not. Orders are processed and delivered during working days (Mon-Fri not including bank holidays). In order to receive an item on a Monday, if using the Next Working Day option, it must be ordered before the stated time (either 12pm or 3pm) on the Friday. Orders placed after (12pm or 3pm as stated, or at weekends, will be processed the next working day. Next working day deliveries do not include weekends; orders placed on Friday before 12pm or 3pm (as stated for express delivery) will be delivered the following working day (Monday – Excluding bank holidays). Orders placed after 12pm or 3pm (as stated on the Express Delivery option) on a Friday will be processed the next working day (Monday – Excluding bank holidays) and delivered on Tuesday.

Do you deliver on a Saturday?

Our delivery service delivers on working days only (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, excluding Bank Holidays). We offer Next Working Day Delivery - but please note that if the order is placed after 12pm or 3pm (item dependent) on a Thursday and before 12pm or 3pm (item dependent) on a Friday - this will not be delivered until the Monday. We offer working day delivery only. By calling the office on 01472 242159 - it may be possible for some products to be upgraded to a Saturday delivery.

What if I am not home when the delivery arrives?

In some cases, deliveries may be attempted with a neighbour of left in a safe place. You can leave special instructions when you place your order online of what to do, or if your order is already placed, please call or e-mail us and we can assist further.

Can I order an item that is currently out of stock?

Yes, to place an order for an item out of stock, please call 01472 242159 and we can place an order over the phone for you.

Can my delivery be left with a neighbour if I am not in?

In most cases, deliveries can be left with neighbours. You can leave special instructions when you place your order online of your preferred neighbour, or if your order is already placed, please e-mail us on info@showerstoyou.co.uk or call on 01472 242159

Can I change my existing order?

Providing your order has not been dispatched by our warehouse; changes usually can be made, please call our sales team on 01472 242159 and we can look into your order.

What to do if my delivery hasn’t arrived?

If you have not received your delivery, if you have had notification from the carrier regarding delivery, you can contact the carrier directly to assist, or call or e-mail us directly, and we can look into this and assist.

Can I choose a delivery date?

In some cases, we may be able to work with the delivery carrier/the warehouse to arrange a specific date for delivery in advance. To discuss this, please call the sales team on 01472 242159 who an look into this for you.

Can I collect from your Warehouse?

Items can be collected from our warehouse, however, please contact our sales team on 01472 242159 to discuss the collection, as some stock may not be available for immediate collection and require stock transfer.

I have missed my delivery, what shall I do?

If you have received notice from DX or APC regarding a missed delivery, then deliveries can usually be arranged online on their website using your consignment numbers. For any other missed deliveries please contact our customer support team on 01472 242159, who can discuss this with you.
