The E99.01T Shower Mixer Valve can also be installed upside down, making it compatible with reversed supplies. A Reverse Graphic Ring can also be added. You can refer to page 12 of the attached fitting instructions for a guide on installing this valve for reversed supplies.

Fit for another 15 years The Aqualisa shower mixer in the en-suite did a sterling job for 15 years, but it developed a drip that new rubber washers couldn’t fix for a second time. Q: This unit shows the flexi-hose connection, but I am replacing a similar unit with a fixed shower head installed. Is the flexi-hose connection on the bottom of this unit removable at installation or is there another model that is meant to be used with a fixed head? I do not need the complete shower set which includes the fixed head and this is considerably more costly.? Andrea Richter - 3 months ago Answer: We can confirm the unit comes pre-fitted with the hose outlet connection, but you will also receive the rear outlet, which during installation the outlet can then be changed to the rear to connect to the fixed head pipework.

Q: Spec sheet (lower left) says this unit is not suitable for mixed supply systems e.g. gravity hot and cold mains. I would want to use this unit to replace an E99 Aquarian installed in 2001 (a published question/answer already confirms suitability). I have no cold water tank so I assume that counts as 'cold mains'. My hot water is gravity fed from the cylinder. Given the E99 has been working OK for close on a quarter of a century, is there any reason that this more modern unit is less suited to my water supply configuration? Thanks? Ian Rose - 1 year ago Answer: None of the Aqualisa showers can be used on mixed water supplies. They all need either all hot, or all cold supplies.

Q: Is this the complete product, with no extras to purchase. It will be placed on a wall where a previous exposed valve shower (not aqualisa) was placed.? Christine - 1 year ago Answer: This product is just the valve itself, so it does not include the hose, slider rail, and head etc. If you are looking for the full kit, the product code is 99EV01.

Q: do you supply the green band cartridge 265501 with this shower? Jack Senior - 1 year ago Answer: This shower valve is supplied with a 214004 cartridge. This would not be compatible with a 265501 cartridge.

Q: Does this come with a shower head? If not, which one would I need to purchase? Mark - 1 year ago Answer: This is not supplied with the shower head. If you are looking to purchase this with a fixed showerhead, you would require product code E99.01T/OPTOFIXED. Alternatively, if you were looking for a shower head on a riser rail, we would advise product code 99EV01.

Q: Hi, I have an E99 Aquarian fitted 2003. I was looking at this as a replacement attaching to the current backing plate will this fit like for like if I do that? I see you sell spare cartridges, but that only a few ££s less than this unit. Please let me know.? Simon - 2 years ago Answer: This Aqualisa Aquarian Shower will be a direct replacement from models 1999 to current so should be a direct replacement to your valve.

Q: If I buy this to replace an old hydramax, will the change in pipe fitting mentioned in earlier question, (15 versus 22) be a problem for the plumber? I am guessing not, but he asked me to check fittings are identical, so want to be sure!? Sara Robertson - 3 years ago Answer: The pipe fitting in this shower is 150mm spacing from pipe centres. So long as you have 15mm pipework spaced 150mm centres, then this will fit.

If I use the delivery option to order Next Day during the weekend (Saturday or Sunday), will I receive it on Monday?

Unfortunately not. Orders are processed and delivered during working days (Mon-Fri not including bank holidays). In order to receive an item on a Monday, if using the Next Working Day option, it must be ordered before the stated time (either 12pm or 3pm) on the Friday. Orders placed after (12pm or 3pm as stated, or at weekends, will be processed the next working day. Next working day deliveries do not include weekends; orders placed on Friday before 12pm or 3pm (as stated for express delivery) will be delivered the following working day (Monday – Excluding bank holidays). Orders placed after 12pm or 3pm (as stated on the Express Delivery option) on a Friday will be processed the next working day (Monday – Excluding bank holidays) and delivered on Tuesday.

Do you deliver on a Saturday?

Our delivery service delivers on working days only (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, excluding Bank Holidays). We offer Next Working Day Delivery - but please note that if the order is placed after 12pm or 3pm (item dependent) on a Thursday and before 12pm or 3pm (item dependent) on a Friday - this will not be delivered until the Monday. We offer working day delivery only. By calling the office on 01472 242159 - it may be possible for some products to be upgraded to a Saturday delivery.

What if I am not home when the delivery arrives?

In some cases, deliveries may be attempted with a neighbour of left in a safe place. You can leave special instructions when you place your order online of what to do, or if your order is already placed, please call or e-mail us and we can assist further.

Can I order an item that is currently out of stock?

Can my delivery be left with a neighbour if I am not in?

What to do if my delivery hasn’t arrived?

If you have not received your delivery, if you have had notification from the carrier regarding delivery, you can contact the carrier directly to assist, or call or e-mail us directly, and we can look into this and assist.

Can I choose a delivery date?

In some cases, we may be able to work with the delivery carrier/the warehouse to arrange a specific date for delivery in advance. To discuss this, please call the sales team on 01472 242159 who an look into this for you.

Can I collect from your Warehouse?

Items can be collected from our warehouse, however, please contact our sales team on 01472 242159 to discuss the collection, as some stock may not be available for immediate collection and require stock transfer.

I have missed my delivery, what shall I do?

If you have received notice from DX or APC regarding a missed delivery, then deliveries can usually be arranged online on their website using your consignment numbers. For any other missed deliveries please contact our customer support team on 01472 242159, who can discuss this with you.
