Compatible with Reversed Supplies:

The E99.01T Shower Mixer Valve can also be installed upside down, making it compatible with reversed supplies. A Reverse Graphic Ring can also be added. You can refer to page 12 of the attached fitting instructions for a guide on installing this valve for reversed supplies.

Excellent customer service I was concerned about buying online rather than going to shop in town, but with over £250 saving it couldn't afford to shop local. Best decision ever, as the customer service was fantastic, they even said I could collect, when I found out there premises were not too far away. Very easy to use shower unit Bought as a replacement for the same model, which was over 20 years old and had done it's time. It was an easy to use and reliable shower so just bought another unit the same. Q: Hi, I have an E99 Aquarian fitted 2003. I was looking at this as a replacement attaching to the current backing plate will this fit like for like if I do that? I see you sell spare cartridges, but that only a few ££s less than this unit. Please let me know.? Simon - 6 months ago Answer: This Aqualisa Aquarian Shower will be a direct replacement from models 1999 to current so should be a direct replacement to your valve.

Q: If I buy this to replace an old hydramax, will the change in pipe fitting mentioned in earlier question, (15 versus 22) be a problem for the plumber? I am guessing not, but he asked me to check fittings are identical, so want to be sure!? Sara Robertson - 11 months ago Answer: The pipe fitting in this shower is 150mm spacing from pipe centres. So long as you have 15mm pipework spaced 150mm centres, then this will fit.

If I use the delivery option to order Next Day during the weekend (Saturday or Sunday), will I receive it on Monday?

Unfortunately not. Orders are processed and delivered during working days (Mon-Fri not including bank holidays). In order to receive an item on a Monday, if using the Next Working Day option, it must be ordered before 3.30pm on the Friday. Orders placed after 3.30pm, or at weekends, will be processed the next working day. Next working day deliveries do not include weekends; orders placed on Friday before 3.30pm will be delivered the following working day (Monday – Excluding bank holidays). Orders placed after 3.30pm on a Friday will be processed the next working day (Monday – Excluding bank holidays) and delivered on Tuesday.

Do you deliver on a Saturday?

Our delivery service delivers on working days only (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, excluding Bank Holidays). We offer Next Working Day Delivery - but please note that if the order is placed after 3.30 pm on a Thursday and before 3.30pm on a Friday - this will not be delivered until the Monday. We offer working day delivery only. By calling the office on 01472 242159 - it may be possible for some products to be upgraded to a Saturday delivery.

What if I am not home when the delivery arrives?

In some cases, deliveries may be attempted with a neighbour of left in a safe place. You can leave special instructions when you place your order online of what to do, or if your order is already placed, please call or e-mail us and we can assist further.

Can I order an item that is currently out of stock?

Yes, to place an order for an item out of stock, please call 01472 242159 and we can place an order over the phone for you.

Can my delivery be left with a neighbour if I am not in?

In most cases, deliveries can be left with neighbours. You can leave special instructions when you place your order online of your preferred neighbour, or if your order is already placed, please e-mail us on info@showerstoyou.co.uk or call on 01472 242159

Can I change my existing order?

Providing your order has not been dispatched by our warehouse; changes usually can be made, please call our sales team on 01472 242159 and we can look into your order.

What to do if my delivery hasn’t arrived?

If you have not received your delivery, if you have had notification from the carrier regarding delivery, you can contact the carrier directly to assist, or call or e-mail us directly, and we can look into this and assist.

Can I choose a delivery date?

In some cases, we may be able to work with the delivery carrier/the warehouse to arrange a specific date for delivery in advance. To discuss this, please call the sales team on 01472 242159 who an look into this for you.

Can I collect from your Warehouse?

Items can be collected from our warehouse, however, please contact our sales team on 01472 242159 to discuss the collection, as some stock may not be available for immediate collection and require stock transfer.

I have missed my delivery, what shall I do?

If you have received notice from DX or APC regarding a missed delivery, then deliveries can usually be arranged online on their website using your consignment numbers. For any other missed deliveries please contact our customer support team on 01472 242159, who can discuss this with you.
