This Aqualisa Retrofit Rail Kit is supplied complete with genuine Aqualisa parts and includes the chrome adjustable slide rail, chrome shower hose, chrome pinch grip holder, wall outlet, soap dish & the 90mm chrome multi-mode Aqualisa handset as shown in the second image.
Please note that this retrofit kit is supplied with the genuine Aqualisa parts.

Answer: This does not have an easy clean hose and is a regular ribbed metal hose.

Q: Does the pinch grip shower holder fit the original 15mm riser I've got? Thanks?
Answer: The pinch grip supplied with this set is for a 25mm riser. Please feel free to contact us advising which shower you have and we can certianly have a look which grip you reuire.

Q: My Aqualisa shower set (power shower) was fitted in 1997 and looks just like the one in your photo, but the shower rail plus the two end bits measured 750mm. In one of your answers to the question for the length of the rail was 770mm, is that right? If so is the rail adjustable to fit for 750mm?
Answer: Yes, the total length of the shower rail including the top and bottom fixings is 770mm. Unfortuantely, the rail is not adjustable.

| If I use the delivery option to order Next Day during the weekend (Saturday or Sunday), will I receive it on Monday? |
| Unfortunately not. Orders are processed and delivered during working days (Mon-Fri not including bank holidays). In order to receive an item on a Monday, if using the Next Working Day option, it must be ordered before the stated time (either 12pm or 3pm) on the Friday. Orders placed after (12pm or 3pm as stated, or at weekends, will be processed the next working day. Next working day deliveries do not include weekends; orders placed on Friday before 12pm or 3pm (as stated for express delivery) will be delivered the following working day (Monday – Excluding bank holidays). Orders placed after 12pm or 3pm (as stated on the Express Delivery option) on a Friday will be processed the next working day (Monday – Excluding bank holidays) and delivered on Tuesday. |

Our delivery service delivers on working days only (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, excluding Bank Holidays). We offer Next Working Day Delivery - but please note that if the order is placed after 12pm or 3pm (item dependent) on a Thursday and before 12pm or 3pm (item dependent) on a Friday - this will not be delivered until the Monday. We offer working day delivery only. By calling the office on 01472 242159 - it may be possible for some products to be upgraded to a Saturday delivery. |
