Q: Is this kit suitable for low pressure? We think we have a water pressure of about 0.4 Bar at the wall.?
Answer: The shower kit will work with any water pressure, as this is just the shower kit itself. The operation and flow rate of your shower will be determined by the shower valve itself installed, not the shower kit. Lower flow rate from the shower will mean lower flow rate from the shower head/kit.

Q: What is the distance between the two brackets? My current one is about 75cm is this the correct size?
Answer: The overall size from top bracket to bottom bracket is 77cm, the fixing holes are 65cm apart (Centre to centre)

| If I use the delivery option to order Next Day during the weekend (Saturday or Sunday), will I receive it on Monday? |
| Unfortunately not. Orders are processed and delivered during working days (Mon-Fri not including bank holidays). In order to receive an item on a Monday, if using the Next Working Day option, it must be ordered before 3.30pm on the Friday. Orders placed after 3.30pm, or at weekends, will be processed the next working day. Next working day deliveries do not include weekends; orders placed on Friday before 3.30pm will be delivered the following working day (Monday – Excluding bank holidays). Orders placed after 3.30pm on a Friday will be processed the next working day (Monday – Excluding bank holidays) and delivered on Tuesday. |
| Do you deliver on a Saturday? |
| Our delivery service delivers on working days only (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, excluding Bank Holidays). We offer Next Working Day Delivery - but please note that if the order is placed after 3.30 pm on a Thursday and before 3.30pm on a Friday - this will not be delivered until the Monday. We offer working day delivery only. By calling the office on 01472 242159 - it may be possible for some products to be upgraded to a Saturday delivery. |
