    Q: Hi I'm looking at the Aqualisa Aquarium and I see there are 2 versions the Thermo and the mixer what is the difference between the 2 models is one better than the other or does it depend on the installation? Alan - 1 year ago Answer: Hi there, the E99.01T and the E99.20T are both the same Aqualisa Aquarian Thermostatic Mixer Shower. One of them has a White finish and the other has a Chrome finish. The specification tables have been added to give the full detailed specification of the products.
    Q: Does the shower head and hose, etc. come with this please? Sue - 1 year ago Answer: The product by default is just the valve only, however there is an optional drop down menu to add the matching White Vairspray kit, this includes the head, hose, rail, handset holder and fixings.

    If I use the delivery option to order Next Day during the weekend (Saturday or Sunday), will I receive it on Monday?
    Unfortunately not. Orders are processed and delivered during working days (Mon-Fri not including bank holidays). In order to receive an item on a Monday, if using the Next Working Day option, it must be ordered before 3.30pm on the Friday. Orders placed after 3.30pm, or at weekends, will be processed the next working day. Next working day deliveries do not include weekends; orders placed on Friday before 3.30pm will be delivered the following working day (Monday – Excluding bank holidays). Orders placed after 3.30pm on a Friday will be processed the next working day (Monday – Excluding bank holidays) and delivered on Tuesday.
    Do you deliver on a Saturday?
    Our delivery service delivers on working days only (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, excluding Bank Holidays). We offer Next Working Day Delivery - but please note that if the order is placed after 3.30 pm on a Thursday and before 3.30pm on a Friday - this will not be delivered until the Monday. We offer working day delivery only. By calling the office on 01472 242159 - it may be possible for some products to be upgraded to a Saturday delivery.
    What if I am not home when the delivery arrives?
    In some cases, deliveries may be attempted with a neighbour of left in a safe place. You can leave special instructions when you place your order online of what to do, or if your order is already placed, please call or e-mail us and we can assist further.
