The Bristan Artisan Easy Fit Chrome Mono Sink Mixer offers a practical and contemporary tap design for your kitchen. This Bristan Kitchen Tap features a curved, sleek style paired with a high-shine Chrome finish and a convenient swivel spout for ease of use.

This tap features a unique patented top-fix design for quick, easy installation from above the sink. Just drop and twist the base into the tap hole, then lock it with the included Allen key. The supplied isolation valves and flexible tails make connecting to the water supply simple. Finally, push the tap onto the base and secure it using the Easyfit tool and provided screws.

Additional features of this Bristan Artisan Kitchen Tap include a secure deck-mounted one-tap hole fitment, a high-quality brass construction and two lever handles for effortless control. Has Not Met My Expectations The supplier of this product provided an excellent service. However the tap has been disappointing. The tap drips for a short while after use and the tap also seems to have reduced the water pressure which in turn reduces the effectiveness of the washing up liquid in the sink. I have been advised that the goose neck design does have this 'problem' as some water is left near the nozzle - but my previous (much less expensive) goose necked mixer tap did not have this problem. Bristan has offered some advice but I cannot afford to address the question even of replacing the tap when I'd be faced with the installation costs again. 1 year ago Ronald R

If I use the delivery option to order Next Day during the weekend (Saturday or Sunday), will I receive it on Monday?
Unfortunately not. Orders are processed and delivered during working days (Mon-Fri not including bank holidays). In order to receive an item on a Monday, if using the Next Working Day option, it must be ordered before the stated time (either 12pm or 3pm) on the Friday. Orders placed after (12pm or 3pm as stated, or at weekends, will be processed the next working day. Next working day deliveries do not include weekends; orders placed on Friday before 12pm or 3pm (as stated for express delivery) will be delivered the following working day (Monday – Excluding bank holidays). Orders placed after 12pm or 3pm (as stated on the Express Delivery option) on a Friday will be processed the next working day (Monday – Excluding bank holidays) and delivered on Tuesday.
Do you deliver on a Saturday?
Our delivery service delivers on working days only (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, excluding Bank Holidays). We offer Next Working Day Delivery - but please note that if the order is placed after 12pm or 3pm (item dependent) on a Thursday and before 12pm or 3pm (item dependent) on a Friday - this will not be delivered until the Monday. We offer working day delivery only. By calling the office on 01472 242159 - it may be possible for some products to be upgraded to a Saturday delivery.
What if I am not home when the delivery arrives?
In some cases, deliveries may be attempted with a neighbour of left in a safe place. You can leave special instructions when you place your order online of what to do, or if your order is already placed, please call or e-mail us and we can assist further.
Can I order an item that is currently out of stock?

Can my delivery be left with a neighbour if I am not in?

Providing your order has not been dispatched by our warehouse; changes usually can be made, please call our sales team on 01472 242159 and we can look into your order.
What to do if my delivery hasn’t arrived?
If you have not received your delivery, if you have had notification from the carrier regarding delivery, you can contact the carrier directly to assist, or call or e-mail us directly, and we can look into this and assist.
Can I choose a delivery date?
In some cases, we may be able to work with the delivery carrier/the warehouse to arrange a specific date for delivery in advance. To discuss this, please call the sales team on 01472 242159 who an look into this for you.
Can I collect from your Warehouse?
Items can be collected from our warehouse, however, please contact our sales team on 01472 242159 to discuss the collection, as some stock may not be available for immediate collection and require stock transfer.
I have missed my delivery, what shall I do?
If you have received notice from DX or APC regarding a missed delivery, then deliveries can usually be arranged online on their website using your consignment numbers. For any other missed deliveries please contact our customer support team on 01472 242159, who can discuss this with you.
